for the college service area agencies which target potentially OASIS
eligible students.
Coordinated Recruitment/Outreach:
The OASIS program integrates recruitment services with the campus
School Relations Office by providing on-going training presentations
for ambassadors assigned at different high school sites. OASIS also
provides brochures and printed material to be included in the college
information packages sent or disseminated to high school students,
prospective new and re-entry students
Priority Registration: OASIS
students, have the opportunity to register early each semester if
they have a current SEP/IEP (student/individual educational plan
on file and at least one counseling appointment by the priority
registration date). There are several ways to take advantage of
priority registration:
1. register by telephone on the designated date (s) for OASIS participants
or
2. register on-line via the internet.
3. make an appointment with one of the OASIS counselors sign the
Permit to Register form and be registered by the OASIS office staff.
4. Pick up the Permit to Register form at the OASIS office and get
a faculty advisor's signature; be registered by the OASIS office.
Registration packets will be available

a probation workshop before being allowed to register.
