The OASIS club was chartered 20 years ago and since its inception it has provided an opportunity to develop student leadership and promote positive campus experiences as well as highlight outstanding achievements.

Over the years the OASIS club has been the proud recipient of the outstanding club award and club members has been selected as outstanding leaders.

The OASIS club has hosted numerous campus activities and program to promote campus spirit, raise funds for worthy cases, and sponsor cultural enrichment activities.

From Donkey basketball Tournament to dances--overnight trips to the Board Walk or Universal Studios, scholarship drives to delivering food baskets--the OASIS club has been in the forefront as a viable student force and a voice for students participating in the OASIS/CARE program

The OASIS Club meets once a week in the student lounge. Officers also meet once a week to prepare agenda items and the fund raising committee meets on a regular basis to recommend activities to raise money for scholarships, community sponsored projects and year end trip for active club members.

During the 2001-2002school year, the club raised $8,000 and gave 13 scholarships, adopted a family during Christmas and provided a decorated tree and gifts for seven children. Additionally, the club donated raffle items to college sponsored projects. Club members raised enough money to fund 4 day trip to Disneyland and Universal Studio.
