In addition to the regular counseling services offered by the college, the OASIS program has three certificated counselors who exclusively provide personalized assistance to help OASIS students accomplish their educational program while attending Reedley College.

The emphasis of the OASIS counseling component is to facilitate and enhance the students ability to recognize and make choices that positively affect their educational success, personal growth, self-confidence and independence.

The OASIS counselors work with students on a periodic, recurrent and on-going basis while they are progressing through their community college education -- between the time they enroll and the time they are ready to graduate or transfer to a four year institution.
