The OASIS College Readiness Conference is an all day Saturday program offered to first-time college students who are primarily high school seniors and planning to attend Reedley College full time in the fall semester.

The purpose of the conference is to provide early outreach OASIS activities to facilitate the transition from high school to college by introducing the student to the OASIS staff as well as key faculty in Student Services and Instructional Departments. Former and current college readiness graduates also form a student panel to share first hand college experiences and facilitate a question/answer session with the conference participants.

Additionally, various instructional departments are highlighted and instructors provide simulated class presentations.

OASIS Counselors will be available to provide advising, priority registration and will schedule follow-up session for summer individualized counseling and student educational planning.
